The Beaumont Studio

Beaumont Tiles (BT) is an established Tile, Stone and Bathroomware retailer who is traditionally known for servicing the domestic retail market. With the development of their new brand, “The Beaumont Studio” and a long-held vision to create a space dedicated to Architects, Designers, Developers and Premium Residential clients, Hosking Interior Design were asked to create an environment that is highly functional, yet still exciting, dynamic and innovative.
The Fortitude Valley (QLD) Beaumont Studio space was the first of 4 planned Studios to be rolled out across 4 states. Our design intent was to provide surprise and delight throughout the space.
The key objectives that underpinned the design brief for The Beaumont Studio (TBS) were:
Connect, Inspire and Create.
Connect: The Beaumont Studio aims to connect the market with the latest trends, products and ideas from around the world. The environment allows the customer to connect directly with the product but also the specialist Beaumont Studio team. Consideration for industry events included a dedicated café/bar area to act as an informal meeting point for customers and clients on a daily basis.
Inspire: The Beaumont Studio has been designed to be a constantly changing, creative and exciting environment. Various display techniques have been employed to present product in original and exciting ways. These include display settings, panel displays, printed and digital images that interact and extend from the sculptural display grid that anchors the design.
Create: The Beaumont Studio is a space that invites creativity. Custom designed easels allow designers and architects to play with the product and develop their own unique story. Different work areas allow flexibility for professionals to work surrounded by mosaic of chromatic samples highlighting the extensive offering.
